Basic steps of Armada GPS Tracking

Login

Click on Armada mapping application to download maps.

Use the zoom in zoom out function to have a closer look.

Click on show vehicles icon to simultaneously show all vehicles and supporting data.

Click the clock icon to bring up look up history, choose a vehicle, now choose the date you wish to review vehicle tracking. Select the time period you wish to review by left clicking your mouse, now click show and this will download the way points, zoom in and out to have a closer look.

Click on the globe icon to look up an address.

Click on the geo fencing icon, next click on the first icon with the star in the rh corner, this brings up a box on the on your screen and allows you to name specific addresses on the map. From now on your reports will show this address as the chosen name not an address.

Exit out of the mapping and go to the main menu [use icon at right of top navigation bar].

Now you are at the main menu screen, click view reports, this provides a range of reporting functions as shown; the activity report is just one of these, as demonstrated there are many more.

Go to edit users, this allows you to allocate specific access permission levels.

11.
Alerts, you are able to receive alerts either by email or txt for many different functions such as speed alerts, low battery, alarm activated, accident notification and more. The can be sent to a specific email addresses or nominated cell phone numbers.
